Rice with chicken and vegetables


The ingredients:
  • ·         Chicken breast.
  • ·         A cup of rice.
  • ·         Three cups of chicken broth.
  • ·         Medium carrot.
  • ·         Medium potato.
  • ·         Medium zucchini.
  • ·         Little of Food salt.
  • ·         A splash of cumin.
  • ·         Four tablespoons of olive oil.

Preparation:

  1. ·         Put the rice in hot water and leave it drained for an hour.
  2. ·         Cut the zucchini and potatoes into small pieces, and grate carrot or cut it into thin matchsticks.
  3. ·         Place the chicken breast in a saucepan of water, and let it boil, and then cut it.
  4. ·         Put the oil in a saucepan, add the rice, water, and then add the chicken.
  5. ·         Place zucchini, potatoes and carrots with a mixture of rice and chicken.
  6. ·         Add cumin, salt and chicken broth, let it boil for 5 minutes after that cook over low heat until cooked.
