Substituting fat-free milk with one of the several non-dairy beverages
is especially suitable if you suffer from lactose intolerance, have dietary
limitations or allergies, or are a vegan who prefers not to drink cow’s milk.
There are many alternatives to cow’s milk include soy, almond, rice,
oat, coconut, and hemp milk. These milk substitutes also hold the natural supplements

HOW TO EAT CEREAL?
THE PERFECT CEREAL CRUNCH
You've got to love that first bite of
cereal, the second one is good, too, but by the time you get halfway through
the bowl, you're in soggy waters.
I'm going to show you how to get a
perfect cereal crunch from the first bite to the last.
Those commercials where the milk gets
drizzled slowly on top of the cereal? It looks beautiful, but it's a terrible
way to make cereal. Because you just got all your cereal wet with milk before
you've taken a single bite.
Instead, I'm going to show you a
technique that I call the single stream. First, pour the milk into one spot
that keeps most of your surface cereal dry. Then as you eat, incorporate
crunchy surface cereal into each bite. Once you've got that down, take
your cereal game to the next level by adding dry cereal to the top of your bowl.
The best bite we like is the one that
combines different textures: chewy, soft, and crunchy. When you get them all in
one bite, that's called dynamic contrast.
To get dynamic contrast, follow these
steps to eat cereal:
1-
Fill your bowl halfway, and add
milk.
2-
Let it sit until it just starts to
soften.
3-
Then sprinkle a little dry cereal on
top, and start eating.
4-
Combine the softer and crunchier bits in
each bite.
5-
Add more dry cereal as you need it to
maintain your perfect ratio of soft to crunchy.
ET VOILA.

CAN YOU EAT CEREAL WITH WATER?
We ask people about eating cereal with water; some people said that it
is better than with milk because the taste of milk conflicts with the taste of
the cereal, whereas water does not. While still getting the same texture, water
does not ruin the taste of cereal.
